Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead our Field Marketing efforts and team of Regional Marketing Managers – tasked to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within specific geographic regions, often collaborating closely with sales teams. This strategic role will oversee the development and optimization of all field marketing strategy, field marketing program planning and development for Service Experts local service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers
  • Partner with sales teams to support their efforts and drive pipeline growth
  • Create and manage field marketing budgets
  • Work with center management and Regional Directors on strategic marketing planning and development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Market research planning and analysis
  • Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications
  • Direct the development of revenue generating consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers
  • Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources
  • Develop and implement test and control plans to improve direct marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track, analyze, and optimize field marketing programs and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data analysis and insights
  • Prepare reports and presentations on field marketing performance
  • Field Marketing Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centers
  • Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers
  • Responsible for the effective implementation of all marketing programs within Region and Areas
  • Works with Corporate VP, Field Sales & Corporate Marketing as well as with Area Sales Managers, to develop national, regional and area marketing and sales promotions
  • Provide field support for Corporate Marketing programs (co-ordination, execution, measurement & feedback)
  • Post campaign analysis and communication of best practices
  • Identify company partnership opportunities including local or regional utilities and partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Graduate degree / MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years managing a team of two people or more
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Superior analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Strong knowledge of marketing & advertising principles
  • Advertising Agency management experience
  • Prepared and available for travel across the US to Service Experts locations
  • Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills
  • A complete and thorough understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software
  • Ability to assess the Regional and Local Area markets
  • Strong leadership / management skills
