Position Summary:

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork for Commercial HVAC, ensuring precision and quality. Use hand tools, power tools and sheet metal machinery (such as shears, brakes and rolls) to cut, bend and shape metal sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good attendance.
• Maintains a clean and organized fab shop and personal work space.
• Works closely with internal customers (Managers and Peers).
• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
• Operate Forklift
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required 
• 0-5 years experience
• Experience/Qualifications
• Prior Forklift experience, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven commitment safe work environment
• Must be team-oriented
• Skills in communication. Verbally and written
