Position Summary:
We are seeking a technically savvy Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across all online channels to increase brand visibility, engage customers, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all online channels (paid search, SEO, social media, programmatic, display advertising)
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Directories, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Paid social media strategy across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign metrics
- Create and maintain digital marketing dashboards and regular performance reports
- Optimize conversion rates across digital properties
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
Technical Skills Required:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads platform expertise, with specific experience with Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)
- Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4 certification preferred)
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Paid Social media management experience in platforms
- Marketing automation software
- CRM/CDP platforms
- Building and optimizing audiences and campaign targeting
- Data visualization tools
- HTML/CSS basics
