Position Summary: 

The Manager, HR Intelligence and Project Management is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing HR reporting, control, and process improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and align with Service Experts’ business objectives. This role combines expertise in data analysis, project coordination, and process optimization to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of critical HR initiatives. The role also plays a key part in managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), vendor relationships, and executive-level reporting.

This position requires a visionary thinker with exceptional analytical skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Reporting and Analysis

  • Design and maintain advanced HR dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time insights into key HR metrics, including turnover, compensation, engagement, and workforce productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the workforce, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop robust reporting mechanisms to support compliance, operational controls, and audit requirements.
  • Present complex data and insights to senior leadership and the board, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Process Improvement and Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability across all operations.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and enforce process controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to standardize practices across locations, driving consistency and operational excellence.

Project and Program Coordination

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for cross-functional initiatives, including M&A integration, workforce planning, and policy rollouts.
  • Establish clear project milestones, timelines, and success metrics to measure and report progress effectively.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Management

  • Manage HR due diligence, integration planning, and execution for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure effective alignment of HR processes, policies, and systems during M&A activities, minimizing disruptions to employees and operations.
  • Develop post-merger integration plans to optimize workforce performance and align with organizational goals.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee relationships with HR vendors, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions to enhance HR capabilities and support strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure vendor services meet organizational requirements.

Control and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal controls related to HR operations, reporting, and workforce management.
  • Develop and maintain robust documentation for processes, policies, and systems to support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor emerging regulations and ensure HR processes adapt to meet new legal and operational standards.

  • Process Optimization: Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, Lean Six Sigma) highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, project management, or process improvement, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, including M&A activities, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Strong experience with HR technology platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, UKG).
