Location: Field Support Office, Richardson, TX - Hybrid with occasional travel required 
Pay: $90,000-$95,000
Bonus: Annual

About Us

Service Experts’ flagship product, the Advantage Program, is expanding into new verticals, and we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager of Growth Operations to lead the development and execution of operational processes that will drive our expansion. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our business by ensuring seamless execution of growth initiatives.

Role Overview

The Manager of Growth Operations will be responsible for building and optimizing operational processes to support the expansion of our most important product into new verticals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and project management skills to develop new contracts, streamline workflows, provide support to customer success teams, and ensure the successful scaling of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement operational strategies for new verticals.
  • Develop scalable processes and frameworks to support rapid growth and expansion.

Contract Development and Management:

  • Lead the creation and management of new contract variations for new verticals and customer types.

Process Development, Optimization, and Management:

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Organize and keep up to date all relevant documents, checklists, process flowcharts, collateral, and partner communication items.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with leadership to launch and managed support programs and platforms related to onboarding, origination, partner reporting, etc.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to drive alignment and prioritization.

Project Management:

  • Lead key projects related to growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed to achieve objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Work with reporting teams to performance of growth initiatives and operational processes using key metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, contract management, and scaling strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and delivering results.
  • Experience working in or with new verticals is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and scaling operations.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Vizio, Monday, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
